Creating ODM Private Label Watches
Scwarno Watch offers a simple and efficient process for creating your own private-label watches. Here’s how it works:
Choose your watch style from our ODM Catalog of existing watches. We offer various popular watches and bands, including Quartz, Automatic/Manual, and Smartwatch movements, different color options, and band materials. This variety makes creating a personalized men’s or women’s watch easy.
Add your personal branding to your new timepiece. Our skilled watchmakers can place your logo or image anywhere on the watch’s face and/or engrave the back case. Simply send us a copy of your logo design/artwork in JPEG, PNG, PDF, EPS, PSD, or AI format.
Once you’ve selected the watch style and branding, we’ll provide a mockup for approval.
After that, sit back and relax while we care for manufacturing and delivery.
Our ODM option is ideal for those with little time or who want to begin selling quickly. We strive to be on time and within your budget, so there are never any surprises. Creating OEM Private Label Watches
At our watch manufacturing facility, we offer two OEM options for creating custom watches:
Option 1: Prototype Only (1 piece) with no commitment to production.
Option 2: Prototype with a Production to Follow. You provide the specs for the watch, including material (e.g. stainless steel, titanium), movement type (e.g. automatic, quartz, solar), functions (e.g. chronograph, smart), case size, glass type, dial design, band type, and any visual references (e.g. sketches, images). Our design team will help you create the watch case, dial, band, hands, and other elements and work with you on the price target. You will approve everything.
Our OEM options are as follows:
Prototype Only (1 piece): This includes design, 3D renderings, and working prototypes. At the end of the Design Stage, you will have all the specs for your watch and a production price that we’ll honor for 30 days should you decide to move into production. Prototype costs vary depending on the final design and specs.
Prototype with a Production to Follow: This option requires a minimum order of 500 pieces per style. It includes design, 3D renderings, and working prototypes and moves into production once the prototype is approved. The per-unit production costs will be determined by the final specs and designs we create with you. We’ll provide you with a prototype for approval before moving into production, and you won’t pay for the prototype. This option is the most cost-effective process.
The approximate timeline breakdown for production is as follows:
- Design Stage: approximately 12-30 days.
- Prototype Stage: approximately 60-90 days (after drawing approval).
- Production Stage: approximately 60-120 days (after prototype approval).

For Private Label order with a Specific Movement
When considering private label watches with a specific movement, there are two options to consider:
Option 1: OEM Process – This is a custom-made manufacturing process that requires a minimum order of 100 pieces. The watch can be created in three finishes such as gold, silver, and black.
Option 2: ODM Process – This process uses existing watch styles from our catalog and requires a lower minimum order of 200-600 pieces for orders of the same style. The watch can also be created in three finishes such as gold, silver, and black.
Our Scwarno Watch ODM Watch Catalog is an excellent option if you’re looking for one piece or more than 100 pieces of good quality watches personalized with your logo/art on the dial or engraving on the back. If you’re on a limited budget, just starting a new brand or needing special gifts, we have an ‘existing watch style’ available in our catalog that may be suitable for you.
